Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aura Energy, we are committed to providing our customers with reliable solar solutions and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments made to us may be refunded or adjusted.
1. Assessment Fees
1.1 No Aura Energy team member will ever request payment for a site assessment during a first-time customer visit.
1.2 Any additional site visits beyond the initial visit may be chargeable.
1.3 Fees paid for site visits, energy audits, or feasibility assessments are non-refundable, as these cover consultation and technical evaluation services already rendered.
2. Project Booking / Advance Payment
2.1 To confirm a solar installation project, customers are required to pay an advance amount.
2.2 If the customer cancels the project within 3 days of payment and before material procurement or installation has begun, the advance amount will be refunded after deducting administrative charges (up to 10% of the total project cost).
2.3 If cancellation occurs after procurement of materials or initiation of work, the refundable amount (if any) will be adjusted against actual expenses incurred, including but not limited to:

3. Installation & Commissioning Stage
3.1 Once installation has commenced or equipment has been dispatched to the customer’s site, no refund shall be applicable.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
4.1 In the event of cancellation or refund, any transaction fees or payment gateway charges deducted at the time of payment are non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure
5.1 In case of delays or cancellations caused by events beyond Aura Energy's control, including but not limited to:
