• 1.2 “Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to the individual or entity engaging with Aura Energy for solar products or services.
• 1.3 “Services” refers to consultation, design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar solutions.

2. Use of Website

• 2.1 The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.
• 2.2 Aura Energy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue website content, services, or policies at any time without prior notice.
• 2.3 You agree not to misuse the website, upload or transmit harmful or malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

3. Orders & Payments

• 3.1 Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment, as per the agreed commercial terms.
• 3.2 Payments must be made through approved methods, including but not limited to bank transfer, UPI, credit or debit cards, and authorized payment gateways.
• 3.3 All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• 4.1 All cancellations and refunds are governed by Aura Energy's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• 4.2 By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the refund and cancellation terms.

5. Delivery & Installation

• 5.1 Delivery and installation timelines will be communicated in writing and may vary based on project scope and complexity, site readiness, and availability of equipment.
• 5.2 Delays caused by factors beyond Aura Energy's control, including weather conditions, government approvals, or supply chain disruptions, shall not make Aura Energy liable for compensation.
• 5.3 Standard delivery timelines are typically 5–7 working days, subject to project-specific conditions.

6. Warranties & Performance

• 6.1 Equipment warranties are provided as per the respective manufacturers’ terms, typically ranging from 5 to 25 years, depending on the component.
• 6.2 Aura Energy provides a workmanship warranty on installations as outlined in the project agreement.
• 6.3 Solar system performance may vary depending on site conditions, weather patterns, shading, and maintenance practices.

7. Customer Obligations

• 7.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness, obtaining necessary government approvals or permissions (where applicable), and making payments as per agreed timelines.
• 7.2 Any modification, alteration, or tampering with the installed system without prior written approval from Aura Energy may result in voiding applicable warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

• 8.1 Aura Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of savings, revenue, or profits.
• 8.2 Aura Energy's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the project or service purchased by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

• 9.1 All content on this website, including text, images, logos, brochures, and marketing material, is the intellectual property of Nexergy.
• 9.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from Aura Energy.

10. Returns Policy

• 10.1 Aura Energy follows a no return policy once materials are delivered or installation activities have commenced.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• 11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• 11.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
